REGISTRATION

All the participants and accompanying persons will be registered following the instructions below.
The congress fee cover the expenses of active participation, the book of abstracts and programme,  congress bag, welcome reception on Sunday 26th June, the Gala dinner in the evening of Thursday 30th, all the lunches coffee breaks and refreshments.

Accompanying persons have to be registered to participate in the social events of the conference (welcome reception, gala dinner and lunches).

FEES

Members of the GEP (Specialised Group of Polymers) of the Royal Spanish Society (Chemistry and Physics) will have a discount of 50  €.
Student fee will be valid for undergraduate, PhD students, and Master students, after the presentation of the validation credential.

Accompanying person fee:     350 €  before the 30th April 2011, and  450 € before 15th May 2011.
Payment will be done within 15 days after registration. Otherwise the corresponding registration fee will not be guaranteed.

Date for the EARLY registration is 30th April 2011
Date for the REGULAR  registration is 15th May 2011

Take into consideration that if the registration fee is not paid before 15th May, your abstract will not be included in the Proceedings Book.

Before the 15 – 04 – 2011  100%  refund
Until  the 15-05-2011 ,  70%  refund
Until  the  15-06 –2011,  50%  refund
After   15-06-2011  no refund
